No User Fees, No Data Source Fees, No Support Fees & No Complexity

The Aparavi Platform pricing has been designed with three key objectives for our customers: transparency, predictability and demonstrable value. The subscription-based pricing model stems from two main elements:

  • Amount of data (Number of TB or files, whichever is easier)
  • Number of classification policies selected

Increasing or decreasing the amount of unstructured data or classification policies as a customer’s environment scales is simple.  In addition, all pricing includes support, product updates and unlimited users so there are no annual support or per-user licensing fees to forecast.

Aparavi offers a ‘no-charge’ Starter option with 5 million files or 5TB’s (whichever is easiest to track) plus 1 classification policy.  We offer the Starter option so our customers can deploy and start using the platform and begin to discover the power and simplicity of The Platform for themselves, with a subset of their own data.
